My heart beats to do truly great work alongside inspired people who find creative solutions to people's problems.
A low tolerance for the status-quo keeps me practicing the art of bringing guns to a knife fight.
I proudly graduated at the top of my class with a BS in Marketing from Clemson University.
I currently fight alongside the pirates at Brains on Fire to change the world of marketing. My job is to build long-term relationships between companies and their loyal customers. I've worked with Fortune 100 electronics retailers, living history museums, and big-city publishers. I love what I do.
I gathered qualitative research, developed strategy, and engineered measurement for branding and word-of-mouth projects. I'm most proud of my work with Fiskars and Best Buy. I also cut my teeth on the foosball table and learned how to make masks in Photoshop.
Cumulatively, I taught over 1000 kids how to wakeboard. I was also responsible for developing operational strategy for the camp (read: herding huge groups of kids into boats) and training other employees to teach wakeboarding.
As the grunt intern, I was responsible for identifying and researching new business opportunities (I spent a lot of time working on my first impression on the phone). I also researched CRM solutions for small businesses.
I apprenticed under a licensed plumber and learned basics of the trade. It was messy sometimes, but I haven't paid to get a toilet repaired since. (And neither have my parents.)
